Alastair Rogers
After gaining his MA in Psychology at Oxford, Alastair joined the Royal Marines where he served around the world in commando and aviation units. During his military career, Alastair led six Joint Services Scientific Expeditions, for which he has received the Royal Geographical Society's Ness Award. His last appointment was in command of Officers Training at the Commando Training Centre.
Since 1996 he has worked as a Consultant for leading international businesses on the challenge of high performance, cultural change and the development of business leadership and teamwork.
