Richard Jones
Richard has a services background with 20 years in the Executive Branch of the Royal Navy. Since leaving the Navy his career path has included a directorship with a precision casting company; setting up a personal development centre on Dartmoor and acting as a Business Angel to local businesses in the South West. For the past ten years Richard has been a director of Training In Action, of which he was a
co-founder.
Richard's work on adaptive leadership and managing cultural change has taken him in to the boardrooms of many 'blue chip' companies, working both in the UK and Middle East.
