Stagecoach Group
Our relationship with Stagecoach goes back to 1998 when we were invited to run a joint Graduate Programme for South West Trains and Stagecoach Bus. These programmes took place at our East Down Centre and on-board Yacht Provident as the venue.
Since 2004 we have run an annual five-day, Leadership & Teamwork programme for Stagecoach combining the Group’s graduate intake with an internal management development programme for emerging talent.
The programme includes indoor and outdoor leadership exercises, psychometrics, peer feedback and interpersonal skills development.
