David Whitfield
David's career started in communications electronics, where he worked as a development engineer before progressing through sales, marketing and management, finally working as UK Managing Director with a large multi-national company in the electronics field. He is a fluent German speaker and has much experience of European, American and Asian cultures and working practices.
An experienced, innovative change leader, David has proven ability to grow people and build exceptional teams. As a consultant with Training in Action, David draws on this experience to help both individuals and organisations reach peak performance. His work is primarily at Board level and includes a number of senior Executive Coaching assignments.
David is a qualified MBTI practitioner and is a Master Business Practitioner of NLP.
