Iain Holliday
Iain has a strong commercial background, having worked for twenty years in both corporate and partnership structures.
Before leaving to join Training In Action as an Associate, Iain worked as Director of Training & Development for Cushman & Wakefield EMEA Region. In this role he gained substantial experience working with top teams and high potentials, in a multi-cultural international environment.
Iain's main areas of expertise include business development and delivery of leadership and teambuilding programmes, working primarily with high performing teams.
In addition to an MBA, Iain is a qualified MBTI and FIRO B practitioner. Outside his consultancy and training activities Iain is also Chairman of CQL Group, one of the largest Quality Centres in the UK, promoting business excellence through assessment and recognition of the Investors in People Standard.
