Mike Udin
Mike has a public sector background, working for five years in Customs and Excise before joining the Civil Service College as a lecturer for seven years. During his time with Training In Action, Mike has been closely involved in our general management development programmes and coaching skills workshops. Most recently Mike has been responsible for the design and delivery of a major cultural change programme including performance management and managing for attendance initiatives.
Mike is a Fellow of the IPD and currently divides his time between the UK, Hong Kong and mainland Europe.
