Programmes are run from a variety of national and international venues, including our own centre at East Down in the Dartmoor National Park and "Provident" a 70 foot gaff rigged sailing yacht, which provides an alternative and very powerful vehicle for development.
All venues used by Training In Action are chosen to provide a qualitatively different environment from the delegates' normal work or hotel based training experience. The inference here is that the seeds of development grow best when individuals both enjoy the learning process and are stimulated by their environment.
