How to get to East Down EX6 7AL

The Centre is situated roughly half way along the A30 between Okehampton and Exeter in Mid Devon. Travelling by car you are advised to leave the M5 at Junction 31, taking the A30 for Okehampton.

After approximately ten miles, leave the A30 at the turning for Cheriton Bishop. Having left the A30, continue for about half a mile towards Cheriton Bishop. At the Old Thatch Inn take the turning left to Dunsford and follow the lane for just over a mile (avoiding the tree in the middle of the junction!).

After about a mile turn right at the sign for West Down & East Down. After 200 yards you will come to a fork at which you keep left. After a further 100 yards the lane gives way to an unmade road. Take the road which goes off to the left at this point. Follow this road over the cattle grid and down the hill for about 50 yards until you reach the Centre. Allow 15 minutes from Exeter.
