Every TiA programme is a bespoke experience.  We design and deliver programmes covering the whole spectrum of people skills development.  We work at a number of different levels within organisations, including graduate programmes, talent pools, high performing teams, senior managers and executives.

Our approach to development has refined over 30 years to combine experiential learning, with the participant’s previous experience, the latest theory and facilitated discussion. This combination approach allows for the learning to develop at a behavioural level and support its translation to the workplace.

We value the relationship with our clients formed during the design and development of the programme, this allows both parties to develop trust and understanding, which is reflected in the delegate experience.
