Forum Theatre and skills workshops provide a safe yet stimulating environment to practise interpersonal skills and enhance workplace interactions.
Using professional actors, Forum Theatre recreates realistic workplace scenarios, developed in collaboration with you to reflect your organisation’s language, values, and culture. These scripted scenes may present behaviours that don’t align with your desired norms, highlighting the often subtle distinction between effective and ineffective practices.
By working closely with your team, we create authentic, impactful scenarios that resonate with participants and spark meaningful dialogue.
Interpersonal skills workshops often complement our Forum Theatre sessions, reinforcing key insights through practical application.
