Case Study: Leadership Development Programme

A long-standing client, this global engineering firm was launching a newly formed, strategically important team.

The client established a new team made up of both internal and external hires, with strong technical expertise. As this start-up-style unit was expected to drive growth and innovation, there was a clear need for targeted leadership development, team cohesion, and enhanced business acumen.

This included key components within the design and delivery of the leadership programme to build strategic and commercial capability, strengthen interpersonal and team dynamics, develop personal leadership presence and support a culture of continuous development

We worked in collaboration with a prestigious US-based business school to co-design an 18-month blended learning journey made up of interlocking digital modules. These combined academic insight with experiential, real-world application, offering delegates both the "what" (theory) and "how" (practical tools), with a shared understanding of "why" the learning mattered.

Modules were co-delivered to ensure seamless flow and alignment across themes including:

Each module was supported by a digital platform hosted by the business school, housing pre-reads, preparatory tasks, and follow-up materials—streamlining access for participants.

TiA’s sessions complemented the academic content with practical, interactive experiences through two hour digital modules which included business exercises, small group work, and live workshops with professional actors
