Juliet May

Juliet holds a BA (Hons) in French Studies and began her career in Event Management, where she was responsible for end-to-end event delivery and account management. She oversaw all aspects of operations and logistics for a diverse portfolio of international corporate events, conferences, and incentive programmes, working with clients across the pharmaceutical, legal, and financial sectors to manage contracts from conception to completion.

Juliet joined TiA in 2006. As Director, she oversees the daily operations of the business, including financial and operational management. She also plays an active role in programme delivery, particularly across our European initiatives, combining her logistical expertise with small group facilitation alongside our main delivery team.

Juliet is passionate about personal growth, as well as mental and physical well-being. She has recently achieved a Level 2 qualification in Counselling Skills and is currently completing her Level 5 Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and Therapy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors—walking or running along the Cornish coast and countryside with family and friends.
