Mathewe Bennett

Mathewe came into the world of consulting following a career at one of the UK's largest construction and engineering firms where he rose to become head of strategy and innovation. As an engineer by qualification and background, Mathewe has always been attracted to the challenge of solving complex problems but has moved from resolving technical matters to helping leaders and teams overcome organisational issues with innovative solutions, training in Design Thinking at the Royal Colllege of Art in 2017.

Since becoming an independent consultant and facilitator, Mathewe has worked with groups across a range of industries, from executive boards to project teams. Central to Mathewe's approach is challenging people to think differently about issues they face and encourage cognitive diversity amongst groups. By challenging them to think more innovatively and strategically, Mathewe helps teams to solve complex problems, generate innovative ideas, explore opportunities and ultimately make better long-term decisions.
